Designed as a 71,000 sqm facility within the Isando Campus, it follows the sleek aesthetic of its predecessors while incorporating state-of-the-art cooling and high-density computing capabilities.
Efficiency unleashed
The single-phase development houses eight 1,500 sqm data halls, supported by 68MVA of utility power and delivering 40MW of critical power. Sustainability is at the core of its design, featuring a closed-loop chilled water system and direct free-air cooling, achieving industry-leading PUE and WUE metrics while eliminating ongoing water consumption.

With liquid-to-air and liquid-to-liquid cooling, JB7 supports the demands of cloud and AI deployments while maintaining a resilient, future-ready infrastructure.
